Rps are based on qaulity, not quaity Example: A 2 page rp can be a 10 page rp if it is good to us

Rps are based on Detials and Creatived Example: Trash talking wont get you far in this fed, if you dont make it worth reading

Rps must have at least your oppeonts or the match in them unless they are CD rps, if they dont they will not count

you must have one rp up at least a day before the deadline or you can not post a rp, if you do it will not count

no sandbagging allowed at all. We all work hard to do rps, so if you think you post one at the last minute and win, good luck not here, unless you let me or Robert now why you posted late, otherwise it dont matter
